Ewen Wardman – CEO & Co-Founder
Ewen leads with a passion for improving livestock farming through smart technology. With experience in EID and RFID systems worldwide, he started the business to bring practical, innovative solutions to farmers.

Jamie Pugh – COO & Co-Founder
Jamie runs operations and service delivery. With a background in digital healthcare projects, he ensures iLivestock delivers tools that genuinely support farmers and work in real-world conditions.

Ian Jones – Head of Sales UK
Ian has decades of experience in livestock identification, having worked at Allflex and IGER. He knows the industry inside out and supports UK farmers in finding the right tech to suit their systems.

Sarah Pennington – Account Manager South England
Sarah runs her own flock and uses iLivestock daily. With a background in farming and retail, she helps farmers across the South get to grips with the software in a down-to-earth, relatable way.

Zoe studied Applied Animal Science and has a strong background in husbandry and agri customer service. She supports Scottish farmers in using iLivestock tools to make everyday tasks easier.

Ella, with a degree in Agri-Business, has worked in livestock analysis and dairy. She combines practical experience and technical insight to help farmers get the most from iLivestock.

Originally from a sheep and beef farm in New Zealand, Georgia has worked across the UK and abroad in agri-tech and livestock management. She supports farmers locally and internationally.

Gabbi has over 15 years’ experience in SaaS and farm software. She’s passionate about helping farmers simplify their workload and get real value from digital tools.

Anne has a background in animal husbandry and product development. She bridges the gap between farmers’ needs and the tech team, making sure the product stays practical and farmer-focused.

Yoni leads communications and marketing, helping tell iLivestock’s story clearly and usefully. With experience in agri-tech innovation, she understands the challenges farmers face and how to reach them.

Raised on a farm in Fife, Lorna combines a science background with hands-on agricultural knowledge. She supports the operations team and brings energy, versatility, and a practical mindset.

Stacey manages tech projects across web, mobile, and hardware. With a background in quality assurance, she focuses on building reliable tools that genuinely make life easier for farmers.

Steven Segaud – QA Tester
Steven ensures everything works before it reaches the user. Formerly a music teacher, he now applies his eye for detail to software testing and quality control at iLivestock.

Stephen oversees development of the iLivestock platform. He’s worked on major apps like BBC Scotland and now focuses on features that integrate with farming equipment and daily routines.
