Major Update to Breeding in iLivestock

Breeding just got a whole lot smarter with iLivestock.

We’ve completely rebuilt the breeding feature in the app to make it more intuitive, powerful, and easier to use. Already out on iOS and Android updates coming soon.

The updated breeding workflow simplifies how you record and track key breeding events, while offering more flexibility and automation under the hood. That means less tapping, more accuracy, and clearer insights.

Here’s what’s new:

• Automated expected birth dates based on your breeding records
  
  
• Additional breeding types: Natural, AI (Artificial Insemination), or ET (Embryo Transfer)
  
  
• Multi-sire support – record multiple sires or link existing animals in your herd
  
  
• Apply breeding to grouped animals for fast, accurate record-keeping
  
  
• A redesigned entry process that makes logging matings and key details quicker than ever
  
  
• An updated breeding summary view where you can still edit and adjust anything you need
  
  
• Dashboard breeding reports are coming soon – giving you an at-a-glance overview of your farm’s breeding performance
  
  

While the feature now supports more complex breeding options, it’s been built with automation in mind. Helping you to cut down on admin and keep everything running smoothly.
